That would probably work better. Makes things easier to handle that way, especially with the unpredictably of who will be available, and allows for a good focus on one part at a time.

Alright. The indoor part is going to be today then since this is the bit I'd want as many people as possible.

Alright, guys, here's the plan. I'm going to be going to dinner in an hour and a half. Before that happens, I'm going to try and get the mission all squared away and ready. I'll be making a doc and posting the link here so you can join me and help set up your soldier loadouts. I may start us off and then resume when I get back from dinner if I'm worried about time, we'll see.

  • Love Avarita's sarcasm.
  • Goading Ira is perhaps unwise.
  • That Task Force disrespect.
  • Fitingly, Shen's manner of speaking is very human.
  • AI reference.
  • I legit thought one of them was going to mind-break Anja over her interruption.
  • SO MANY PETS!
  • ANd an Ember reference.

Btw, the 'dirant' Tien mention is a alien rat-like rodent of Telisa IV. A genetic experiment went out of control and led to them becoming incredibly ravenous and extremely furtile. It took them only a month to completely overrun the second moon of Telisa IV, making them the worst rodents in the galaxy. So referring to the rebels as a dirant infestation is a really mean way of calling them a rat problem.

Also, Bergy and Tren were albino doves, Temple was a gerbil, Kip, Doni, Septim, and Eis various kinds of tropical fish, and the letters in KA-SC-29 stand for "kittens are so cute".

So... anyone pick up on any of the references I made? I mentioned Volupta, Jan'tiala, the planet Tamaer, and the device Alice used to manipulate her clothing. I also snuck in an off screen victory for our allies in Chile.

Yeppers, I am glad Volupta is still okay in this universe, I always did like her quite a bit. :)

Heh. I noticed all those things as well,

By the way, people that went on the mission; I may not do the other squad's op (may just have that occur in the background, offscreen so to speak). But what I have half-done as of typing this message is an epilogue to that mission with Ember and someone dear to you all.

Oh boy... Did they swap someone with a faceless when we weren't looking? *looks at Luke*

Hmm...

I would like to make an important clarifying statement. Don't view Ember and Yakone as two separate entities - as a split personality. It may seem that way at times, but Yakone/Ember are one person. It just appears as if they are two as a war rages in Yakone's head between her normal personality and her "Ember" self.

If it helps, think back to when Yakone confronted her Pride in an earlier solo. Right now, Yakone IS Ember, and the "Yakone" that Verrater interacts with is a representation of another side of her - not a unique 'soul'.
