I don't think anyone will be able to take my heart at all, much less break it.
I've come to realize that I am aromantic... so the closest anyone will ever get with me is friend (maybe a sexual partnership if they are close enough and I am comfortable with it)

Well a new company will be taking over my job soon, and I have to do an interview with them in order to keep my job. So that's exciting

My mom's surgery went well! She's recovering in the hospital now and she seems to be on good spirits. Might be a while before she can walk though.

Update. My mom is out of the hospital and lost 11 pounds worth of organs in the surgery. But she's doing okay. She's managing to eat and walk around with her staples in so she's doing better.

I talked to a government issued therapist today. So that was fun. It's actually nice getting things off my chest and went way better than last time
