In a sense my longest lasting 'friend', at least three decades. As far as oldest actually animate friend, that would be my cat, both as the friend I've had for the longest time (14 years), and my oldest friend (72 in cat years).

My imaginary friend was my teddy bear, Larry. I still have the fluff-stuffed toy. Oldest personal object I have, and the oldest thing I can remember owning.
