Well. When I did it the first time it didn't go as well, they sat me in front of a different person each week and I told them my problems and they were very rude and dismissive towards me. The lady on the phone was a lot better, less cold and formal, which made me feel more comfortable talking...

Unfortunately my parents decided to evesdrop on my call with my therapist and didn't like some of the things I said about them. Oops.

I talked to a government issued therapist today. So that was fun. It's actually nice getting things off my chest and went way better than last time

Update. My mom is out of the hospital and lost 11 pounds worth of organs in the surgery. But she's doing okay. She's managing to eat and walk around with her staples in so she's doing better.

My mom's surgery went well! She's recovering in the hospital now and she seems to be on good spirits. Might be a while before she can walk though.

Why not do a little of both?
