What about having a 'featured video' or 'featured director' every once in a while of a video or director someone has noticed and wants to share, or one of the members has a cool new video worth promoting? You can find stuff yourself and/or have people PM suggestions or have a thread dedicated to posting and picking suggestions, though having a thread like that might defeat the purpose.

I will talk about it in our meeting today. And by meeting our general discussion.

Hey Ray!

What I think would be a good idea to do would be to continue with your individual channels. There might be people who record and their youtube isn't very well known, the GLG channel might be a great place for other people in the community as well as your own subscribers to see content from other people.

As for the forums, more sections with sub threads would be a great improvement. There really aren't many "specifically defined" places for certain games.... say console specific, MMO's, 3rd person games like Splinter Cell and the works. I tried starting an Xbox 360 thread but it got lost in the miscellaneous section of the forums. If the sections were more neatly organized and easy to find within their own subsections or threads, the traffic on the site would remain and even increase I believe.

I don't have a decent enough PC to game with you at the moment so I am sticking with console for now. But even though I don't have a PC, there might be others who do and don't have consoles. Just a thought here, and it would merge the two platforms on the website to get feedback from both the PC and console gamers.

If people aren't suggesting servers for the GLG official server lists, experiment and add random games every couple of days or even once a week, announce it on the website and see if people like it. If they do, keep it; otherwise remove it and make another one with a different game.

Sorry for the book hehe, looking forward to more content. Keep up the good work!

We will probably discuss and look into your suggestion for more sub-boards (good idea). In regards to random server every few weeks. Take into consideration that server clients require regular maintenance (updating, changes, config etc). It is not possible to randomly launch a server without planning. It will lead to sub-par performance, and a unaffiliated glg experience. Servers even like TF2, Garrys mod (which are relatively easy to maintain) etc do require some customization to get right. If not it will just be another random server in the shuffle.
