Easier said then done xD I do not have any friends outside of Europe anymore, lost contact with most of them four years ago.

Over steam as far as I have read, it is only possible if someone from another country would gift it to you.

I have started with F NV too and I like it more than Fallout 3, but Fallout 3 is bethesda made and it also has a rich story. In my opinion get both xD I would love to play Fallout 3 but in Germany you can only buy in censored and in German, but I would love to play it in english :(
