I'm not entirely sure how to go about introducing her yet, but the idea I have thus far is that she wanted to go into law enforcement, but got drafted into the military... and then drafted into XCOM. I have a feeling a lot of her introductory story is her being like "What have I walked into?"

Well, she wouldn't be 'drafted' into XCOM. It's purely made up of volunteers, you can't be conscripted or forced into service. I was thinking that Tom might go out recruiting again like he did in the beginning. If Juni was drafted into the military, perhaps she felt like she wasn't changing anything and that motivates her to join up with XCOM when asked.

Well, she willingly goes with the first draft. I just wasn't sure how XCOM goes about recruiting. XCOM being secret and all, it's not like someone can volunteer completely on their own because they'd have no knowledge it existed. :v

XCOM reaches out to people they think would be viable because of talent, motivation, or other reasons. Thomas Burrick is the assistant manager of records, but he doubles as a recruiter. And with the loss of 11 soldiers in the base defense, boy do we need new troops.

Thus, I think Tom might go find Juniper and make her an...offer. *Council Spokesman Voice*
