Staffs always add flare, and maybe some potion bottles and pouches on a belt or chest sling?

And if you want further armor pieces, add some snazzy shoulderpads that are either metal with designs on them, silken cloth, or maybe even something studded with crystals.

Cool thank you all for the great suggestions, got my concept a little further. Now I just got to slap some armour on her chest and still make it look wizard like, but fallout be calling me xD Thank you guys for the help.
